Mineral-filled polymer dispersion based primer used before application of cement based and gypsum based plaster to smooth surfaces. Plaster-based cement surfaces are reacted chemical with the surfaces and separated from the surface over time. It is an excellent primer designed to cut the direct contacts and form a holding surface.
