Description

This oil specifically consists of 70% C-8 fatty acid (caprylic acid) and 30% C-10 fatty acid (capric acid). This oil is tasteless and therefore an excellent addition to coffee, shakes, smoothies and bulletproof sauces. You can use this oil as regular cooking oil. CAUTION: Do not overheat (not over 120°C).
