Description

from 4 - 12 months of age harmonious growth supports the body's own defences Also suitable for sterilised kittens Balanced nutrient content for young cats Our premium dry food for kittens is made from well-tolerated poultry, tender carrots and coriander. The small kibbles with balanced nutritional content are ideal for growing kittens in the second half of their lives. Enriched with many important nutrients such as zinc and vitamin C, the dry food promotes the kitten's body's own defences. Switching from kitten food to junior food Junior food can be fed from as early as 4 months of age, as this is when your kitten is in the second growth phase, when weight gain slows down. When changing from kitten food to junior food, it is recommended to do so slowly and without damaging your kitten's stomach. For this purpose, you can mix the junior food with the kitten food over a period of eight to ten days, increasing the amount daily. This way your sensitive kitten can get used to the new food without any problems. With Happy Cat Junior Country Poultry you can meet the nutritional requirements of your young cat and create the best basis for a vital cat life. The kibbles of our Junior dry food are still small (approx. 4 x 7 mm), but slightly larger than the very small kibbles (approx. 4 x 5 mm) of the kitten food. When your kitten is one year old, you can switch to an adult food. Also for sterilised kittens While the energy requirements of an adult cat decrease after neutering, a neutered kitten still has increased energy and nutrient requirements as it is growing. Happy Cat Junior Country Poultry is the ideal food to meet these needs. Ideally, you should divide the food ration for your young cat into three to four meals per day. For all young cats who prefer wet food, or if you are feeding a mixed diet, try our Meat in Sauce Kitten & Junior Country Poultry.
